Preventing Hemorrhoids Causes - Such As Constipation With a Diet High in Fiber

Hemorrhoids causes can come from a variety of different factors. One of the leading causes is constipation. Constipation is when you have irregular and infrequent and have difficulty making a bowel movement. You can alleviate constipation by incorporating more fiber into your diet and taking in more fluids. Five tips to taking in more fiber and what to avoid: Tip #1: Eat raw fruits such as apples, oranges, kiwis, berries and pears. You want to eat the skin with fruits such as apples because there is more fiber in the skin. Avoid fruits low in fiber such as canned fruit, applesauce, fruit juices, grapes and peaches. Tip #2: Eat dark green leafy vegetables, spinach, broccoli and green peas. Kidney beans, lentils and lima beans are also good sources of fiber. You want to avoid vegetables like sprouts, regular lettuce, peeled potatoes and zucchini. Tip #3: If you eat grains make sure they are whole grains. Bran cereals can also be a good source of fiber. You can also eat brown rice and whole wheat pastas. Do not eat white breads, refined pastas, cookies and white rice. Tip #4: Nuts are a good source of fiber. Avoid meats and foods high in fat such as cheese and eggs. Tip #5: Drink plenty of water daily. Good liquids will help make your bowel movements easier to pass. Be sure to avoid liquids high in caffeine such as coffee, sodas and teas. These will actually dehydrate you which will make constipation worse. By following these tips you should be able to stop constipation and prevent it from reoccurring, thus keeping yourself free from one of the main hemorrhoids causes. Hemorrhoids causes can be prevented with a healthy diet, a lot of liquid and even incorporating natural remedies. Many hemorrhoids causes can be avoided.
